Power outages and equipment malfunctions happen. That's why we prefer having a key on hand. Leaving a key at the property is at your own risk, as we don't recommend it

For current clients, we require 24-48 hours' notice, and for new clients, 48-72 hours. This allows time for a meet and greet to facilitate onboarding.

Invoices are conveniently handled via email or text. Payments are due before the scheduled visit, and if we have your card on file, we'll automatically charge you upon booking. Payments are currently processed through Venmo.
